END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before playing “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”. Your use, distribution or installation of this copy of "R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience" indicates your acceptance of this License.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or run this video game.
1. General Conditions, Warranties, & Copyrights
This video game is for personal use only and may be installed and used on an unlimited amount of computers. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by the developer and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
This video game, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
The owner of the copyright of “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of the developer. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by the developer of “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by the developer herein.
This Agreement constitutes the entire statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
2. Hazards & Liability
Do not use this video game if you experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including light patterns or flashing lights. If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”, immediately discontinue use and consult your physician before resuming play: blackouts, seizures, dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, loss of awareness, disorientation, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
In this Agreement, the developer does not authorize you to use “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” in applications or systems where “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” 's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold the developer harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
In addition, in no event shall the developer, or its principals, shareholders, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”.
3. User Content
You are responsible for your User Content and the consequences of using content if it has been found to be abusive, illegal, pornographic, or inappropriate. User Content includes Images, Audio Sources, Videos, & 3D Models. User Content in public & private servers are being carefully moderated by our team on a case-by-case basis. If you have been found to have violated the User Content guidelines, you are subject to being reported to Steam or banned from using “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”.
You must be the creator of the User Content or have permission to upload User Content to “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” and users of the video game. The developers and owners of “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” are to not be held liable for User Content that violates this agreement. You must hold all responsibility in the event if User Content is against this agreement. We do not permit copyright-infringing activities in “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of User Content, data, or other information in violation of the United States of America, State or City law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims resulting from the use of “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”, which may damage any other party.
4. Prohibited Content
By playing this video game, you are NOT allowed to:
a. Use this video game for any illegal intents and purposes or violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
b. Upload or Post content that is deemed offensive, harmful, unlawful, pornographic, racist, sexist, prejudicial to sexual orientation, or inappropriate.
c. Collect, Distribute, Sell, or Modify any User Content or user data without permission. This includes usernames, images, videos, 3D models, and audio sources.
d. Harrass, Threaten, Stalk or Abuse other players, developers, or third-party companies.
e. Rent, Lease, Transfer, Modify, Translate, Reverse Engineer, De-compile, Disassemble, use data extracting tools or create derivative works based on “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience”.
f. Make access to “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this video game in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others.
5. Third Party Websites & Software
This software contains third party software, plugins, & libraries. Each third party software has their own separate license terms. We are not responsible for content that may be on linked third party websites & software.
6. Use of Data
You agree to allow us to collect, use, and share information pertaining to your User Content, Steam username, and any other data that is in further detail in our Privacy Policy.
7. Miscellaneous
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to “R.A.V.E - Real-Time Audio Visual Experience” that you know or should know that it is a trade secret from the developer in any manner that will cause damage to the company.
